Georgy Gusev is a Russian cellist and composer who combines classical and modern music in his performing practice. A founder and an artistic director of the GOSH-projects creative lab and an international festival "Masters of Music", he is a graduate of the famed Moscow Tchaikovsky State Conservatory and Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome. He performs at major music festivals and events worldwide with other musicians, singers, dancers, and performers including Yo-Yo Ma, Natalia Gutman, Giovanni Sollima, Enrico Dindo, Rocco Filippini, Monika Leskovar, Andrey Gavrilov, Boris Andrianov, Eliso Virsaladze, Pavel Vernikov, Sonig Tchakerian, Elsa Lila, Dilnaz Akhmadieva.
